Expertise

Anna enjoys a varied caseload. Her financial matters cover complex cases frequently involving substantial assets, business and commercial issues and high value pensions, whilst her children work covers all aspects relating to the arrangements for children following relationship breakdown, with particular expertise in dealing with cases where there is a high level of conflict, relocation cases both within the UK and abroad, and cases with an international element such as jurisdiction disputes.

  • Anna is described by one market commentator as “a very impressive lawyer whose depth and quality of analysis is just spot-on.” She advises on a broad range of financial provision and private children matters and is particularly well regarded for her expertise in collaborative law. Anna is skilled negotiator and is able to offer a range of solutions to help her clients resolve matters. She is sensitive to the needs of each client, recognising that “one size doesn’t fit all” and as a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative lawyer she is able to offer an alternative method of dispute resolution for those clients who wish to avoid the court process.
