Role at Major Family Law
Karen is a Legal Assistant and joined the firm in February 2019. She assists the fee earners with their workload – typing, statements, briefs to Counsel, liaising with the court and Counsels chambers. She also interacts with clients on a daily basis, both in person and on the telephone, assisting them with any queries they have.
Expertise
Karen has worked as a legal secretary for over 30 years covering all areas of law but mainly worked in the area of clinical negligence before relocating up North where she undertook conveyancing work. However, since joining Major Family Law she now enjoys working in the field of family law.
Outside the office
Away from the office Karen likes to read, go to the movies and keeping fit, but most of all she loves spending time with her cats
