I initially had a consultation with Jonathan in regards to what seemed like a complex matter in regards to divorce. The online system they have prior to the consultation was extremely effective and gives the solicitor a good idea of the situation prior to the meeting. Jonathan was able to reassure me and answer all questions I had in relation to personal matters and the divorce itself and I look forward to being represented by him.

I have been legally assisted by Miss Anya Harrison and her team, and I have to say they've done an excellent job, as the divorce wasn't easy or straightforward at all.

Miss Harrison was always available to talk or at least someone from her team was there for me whenever I needed any kind of legal support. She always spoke to me calmly, she showed understanding and empathy, she explained all the facts to me and helped me make the best choices for me. I liked that she has looked after my costs involved in sorting all the legal matters and she always tried to save me from spending unnecessary money whenever that was possible. I liked that very much and for that, they had extra points from me. All communication between us was online, I have only seen Miss Harrison once, so, for me to do this was a bit concerning as I come from a culture where things are mostly dealt with face-to-face, but Miss Harrison inspired trust and has put my mind to rest after seeing how good she dealt with my situation. So, online communication was new to me for such an important matter, but I have to say that I am very satisfied with how the things worked out. Very professional all the way through, I can't fault her or Major Family Law with anything. I have been very happy with how everything worked out, with how I've been looked after and with the outcome.

I am an anxious person and I remember that at the last hearing I texted Miss Harrison and said "I'm scared! Sorry!" and she texted back, , "Don’t worry, I'm here to represent you and to speak for you!", and that was so reassuring and made me feel better.
