Role at Major Family Law

Helen is our approachable Receptionist and does her very best to ensure all new and existing clients are put at their ease.  She joined Major Family Law in November 2014.  Feel free to contact Helen directly if you wish to make an appointment with us.

Expertise

Helen worked in banking and finance for 8 years before moving across to the retail sector where she worked for 20 years. She carried out various roles within the company, including administration, payroll, cash office, checkout duties and management, all focused around a high level of customer service. She gained a wealth of customer service experience and communication skills, dealing with both staff and customer issues.

Outside of work

In her spare time, Helen enjoys being with her family, reading crime fiction, attending book festivals and visiting art galleries. She also helps her husband on the farm where they live.
