Major Family Law is an outstanding firm that I highly recommend. Sam Carter is exceptional – he is a very personable, empathetic and hugely knowledgeable solicitor – this was clear from our first interaction. During incredibly stressful proceedings Sam has been a constant calm presence, always happy to answer questions while offering pragmatic and sensible advice. This clear and honest advice has in turn has allowed expectations to be managed while allowing me to feel I have autonomy. Sam is good humoured and unflappable - with the ‘noise’ that proceedings can bring this is important and helps to keep things focused where they need to be. I really can’t recommend Sam enough - he has been an incredible advocate for myself and my children. He truly is an asset to Major Family Law. I would recommend Major Family Law. My case was long, challenging and complicated. Sahil was there to support me throughout the process. From a reassuring initial conversation where my expectations were managed well, the whole process was explained throughout via email or phone calls as necessary.
