Following recent changes to the latest government and NHS advice, our team at Major Family Law wanted to provide you with an update on our situation.

Our firm is continuing to operate business as usual until further notice. However, we are following government advice and now the majority of our staff are working from home, with a small team remaining in the office to take your calls and be ready and available to advise and help you.

We ask that should you need an appointment with us, that you arrange telephone, FaceTime or Skype appointments to ensure social distancing. If you have an appointment already booked with us, please call 01661 824582 and speak with our client manager Helen to discuss rearranging your appointment as a telephone, FaceTime or Skype call.

Should it be vital that you attend an appointment at our office, we ask that you wash your hands when arriving and before leaving, and make use of the hand sanitiser available in the reception and bathrooms.

We have received multiple questions, requests and instructions around child arrangements since the outbreak of the Covid-19 Coronavirus. If your circumstances have changed due to self-isolation, please get in touch and we can help make arrangements for you. We are also still available to provide advice and consultations around your Child Arrangements during this outbreak. Please do not hesitate to call our team.

Thank you for your time and patience; should there be any updates regarding this situation, we will endeavour to keep you informed. If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our client manager Helen by emailing clientmanager@majorfamilylaw.co.uk or calling our office on 01661 824582.

Sincerely,

Joanne Major

Managing Director of Major Family Law
