I initially had a consultation with Jonathan in regards to what seemed like a complex matter in regards to divorce. The online system they have prior to the consultation was extremely effective and gives the solicitor a good idea of the situation prior to the meeting. All communication between us was online, I have only seen Miss Harrison once, so, for me to do this was a bit concerning as I come from a culture where things are mostly dealt with face-to-face, but Miss Harrison inspired trust and has put my mind to rest after seeing how good she dealt with my situation. So, online communication was new to me for such an important matter, but I have to say that I am very satisfied with how the things worked out.
